Sessions are one-on-one in a calm and unhurried setting.

Follow Up Visit (1 hour) - $155
A personalized acupuncture session focused on your current needs, whether that's pain relief, nervous system support, hormone balance, or digestive support.

We explore your symptoms, cycle, stress, sleep, digestion, and medical history. We'll discuss what is going on from a TCM perspective and outline a clear plan for healing.
Cycle mapping
For those coming in with menstrual issues, PMS, or hormonal concerns, we review your cycle patterns and align them with TCM diagnosis.
